Returns

You may return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@silvabask.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are for the customer’s account. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
