Inline Duct Fan with Three Size Options
This speed-controlled inline duct fan is available in 100mm, 150mm and 200mm versions. The external dial shown with the fan lets you reduce or increase airflow without opening the duct line, which is useful when conditions change between cooler and warmer periods.
Compare the Listed Specifications
| Size | Power | Air volume | Noise | Speed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 100mm | 30W | 205 CFM | 28 dB(A) | 2700 RPM |
| 150mm | 50W | 350 CFM | 32 dB(A) | 2500 RPM |
| 200mm | 70W | 553 CFM | 42 dB(A) | 2000 RPM |
These are the listed model specifications. Installed airflow will be lower when the system includes a carbon filter, long ducting, tight bends or restrictive vents. Select a complete same-diameter system rather than choosing the fan in isolation.
Match the Fan to the Rest of the System
- 100mm fan: pair with a 100mm filter, ducting and clamps.
- 150mm fan: pair with 150mm components.
- 200mm fan: pair with 200mm components from the upgraded ventilation range.
The inline duct fan is listed for AC110-240V, 50/60Hz operation and includes a 1.5m three-core power lead. Use the supplied speed control only with the compatible fan and keep plugs and controls away from water.
Installation Steps
- Plan the shortest practical exhaust route.
- Support the fan and filter separately so their weight does not pull on the ducting.
- Connect same-size components and tighten every clamp.
- Start at a lower setting and increase airflow until heat and humidity remain stable.
- Check for vibration, air leaks and crushed ducting.
Build the Full Ventilation Line
Use the matching upgraded activated carbon filter, ducting and clamps. Compare the standard inline extractor fan if you only need 100mm or 150mm sizing.
Inline Duct Fan FAQ
Does the fan include speed control?
Yes. The listed upgraded model uses an external dial for airflow adjustment.
Can I use a different-size carbon filter?
Use the same nominal diameter wherever possible. Reducers add resistance and make installation more complicated.
Why is installed airflow lower than the table?
Filters, bends, duct length and intake restrictions add resistance. The table is the listed fan performance, not a guarantee for every installed layout.
